MAN WHO PRETENDING TO BE FBI AGENT FOUND GUILTY

A New York State man was convicted of impersonating an FBI agent inside an Atlantic City casino-hotel last year. Authorities say that Jonathan P. Zembreski, of New York, did so in order to gain entry to a hotel room and rob the occupant. Zembreski  was found guilty of robbery—a 2nd degree crime, burglary—a 3rd degree crime, and impersonating a law enforcement officer, a 4th degree crime. Sentencing will take place on July 31.
