MAN INDICTED FOR ATTEMPTED SEXUAL ASSAULT

A man was indicted for online chats that took place with undercover police officers that were posing as 13 and 14-year-old girls. 56-year-old Stephen Bubniak, of Morris County, was indicted inside of an Atlantic County Grand Jury. The man allegedly went to a hotel in Hamilton Township to meet the 14-year-old and was met by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. Charges include attempted luring and attempted sexual assault.
