MAN FOUND STEALING FROM GAS STATION

A man notified police he witnessed a possible burglary from the Riggins Gas Station. Wildwood Police responded to the scene on Rio Grande Ave. and the neighbor positively identified the alleged perpertrator who was hiding in a yard on the 30 block of West Andrews Ave.William Smith, of Del Haven, was found in possession of $300 in cash that was believed stolen from the gas station. He was charged with burglary, theft, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $50,000.
