MAJOR BOND ORDINANCE, ANIMAL CONTROL TO BE DISCUSSED IN UPPER TWP.

Upper Township’s committee meets Monday night and is expected to consider a $3.2 million bond ordinance for various capital improvement projects.  The Committee will also appoint an animal control officer, and name Richard Mashura to the Township’s Zoning Board.
