MAIL FRAUD CHARGE AGAINST WOMAN WHO WORKED IN ATLANTIC COUNTY

A woman who allegedly filed false and fraudulent immigration petitions for clients while working as a paralegal in Atlantic County, made her initial court appearance last week on conspiracy charges. Maria James, 68, of Willingboro, was charged by complaint Feb. 19, with one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud. Bail was set at $50,000.
