LOWER TWP. COPS CHARGE MAN WITH DWI, DRUG OFFENSES

38 year old Jason Wagner of the Villas has been charged with DWI and drug offenses after his motor vehicle struck a mailbox and a tree on East Pacific Avenue. Wagner was unconscious after the accident and needed emergency medical care from the local rescue squad. He was issued four motor vehicle summonses.
