LOWER TWP. COPS BUST MAN FOR DUI, DOGS TRACKED HIM DOWN

Lower Township Police announced the arrest of a Cape May man on alleged drunk driving charges after officers had to use police dogs to track him down to his own home.  Township police arrested 21 year old Sean P. Colameco who lives on Fourth Avenue in Cape May.  Police say that Colameco crashed his 1997 Infinity car early Saturday morning, January 1st, on Seashore Road in Lower Township.  When officers responded to the crash, they could not find anyone.  Cape May police were contacted, and police dogs eventually tracked Colameco back to his residence.  He was charged with drunk driving, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to report an accident.  His vehicle hit several trees and wound up on its side.  The incident remains under investigation.
