LOWER TOWNSHIP POLICE CHARGE CONTRACTOR WITH BURGLARY

Lower Township Police logo 2014A man who worked locally as a contractor in the Diamond Beach area has been charged by Lower Township Police with a residential burglary.  36 year old Nicholas Pisarcik of North Cape May was arrested and charged with committing a burglary at residence where he worked.  Police say there have been at least ten residential burglaries in the neighborhood and Piscarcik is tied to at least one of them.  He was charged with burglary and theft; bail was set at $20,000 cash.
