LOWER TOWNSHIP NOW PART OF PUBLIC ADVOCACY PROGRAM

Lower Township has now joined two other communities in a public advocacy program that involves Cape Assist.  Lower Township will now work with a New Jersey Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor to assist residents.  The program will help those who are battling with dependency issues who appear in a court for an offense that stems from use of drugs or alcohol.
