LOWER TOWNSHIP MAN CHARGED WITH THEFT FROM ELECTRONIC BENEFITS TRANSFER CARDS

66 year old Richard Montgomery of Lower Township has been charged with theft from Electronic Benefits Transfer cards and for the misuse of housing provided during Code Blue alerts.  Authorities say Montgomery use the EBT card of a former roommate who died last July.  He’s been charged with theft by deception.
