LOWER TOWNSHIP FIXING UP PLAYGROUNDS

800px-Township_of_Lower_Muncipal_Building_NJLower Township is making plans for its next playground refurbishment.  According to Lower Township Parks and Recreation Superintendent Mitch Plenn, next in line for an upgrade is the playground at the township’s Recreation Center on Bayshore Road in Villas. The hockey rick at Clem Mulligan Park was recently resurfaced. In addition, all boards around the rink were replaced or repaired and repainted. It has been an on-going process for the past three years.
