LOWER TOWNSHIP COUNCIL DISCUSSES STUDY ON LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT

The Lower Township Council met Monday night and entertained discussion about a new study regarding the Lower Cape May Regional School District.  A new study shows a catastrophic impact on the regional school district if Cape May were allowed to pull out of the district.  The study was conducted by Terrance Crowley, the former superintendent of the county’s schools.  The study suggests a possible growth in the school district that would create a regional approach to kindergarten through 12th grade education.
