LOWER CAPE MAY PREPARES FOR HISTORIC FOOTBALL GAME

The Lower Cape May Regional High School football team is making final preparations for an historic game on Saturday.  Lower Cape May will host Barnegat in a South Jersey Group II playoff football game; it will be only the third time in school history that the Caper Tigers play in an NJSIAA playoff game.  Lower lost in the first round to Bridgeton four years ago, and lost to Overbrook back in 1980.  Lower Cape May is seeded fourth, and Barnegat, fifth.  You will be able to hear the game live on WCZT Radio 98.7.the Coast with Brian Cunniff and Buddy Tarbotton.  Caper Tiger head coach Mike Wilson will be a guest Friday morning on the “Morning Wake Up”.
