LIQUOR STORE ROBBED FOR SECOND TIME IN FIVE MONTHS

A gunman robbed a liquor store in Bridgeton on Sunday. Police say the liquor store was hit for the second time in five months. Police say the gunman got money from the register, the clerk’s wallet, grabbed a woman’s purse, and fled on foot. The suspect is described as a male wearing a denim jean vest, black hooded sweatshirt, black boots and mask, approximately 5’7″ to 5″10, 150-180 lbs. No one was injured as a result of the incident. Police are asking anyone with information to step forward.
