LEWIS WILL HEAD BACK TO COURT TO KEEP NAME ON BALLOT

220px-Save_The_World_Awards_2009_show06_-_Carl_LewisThe fight for Carl Lewis to remain on the ballot is going back to court. Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno has ordered Lewis off the general election ballot, saying the court order to leave his name on the ballot only applied to the primary. The question is over whether Lewis has met the guidelines of residency. A hearing has been set for Friday in this case. Lewis is running for State Senate.
