LAWSUITS PILE UP RELATING TO CHRISTIE PENSION GRAB

The lawsuits are piling up against Governor Chris Christie and the state of New Jersey regarding Christie’s plan to not pay $2.4 billion in pension payments that are due.  The New Jersey Education Association announced today that it has filed a major lawsuit against the plan, and it has four other unions joining the suit.  The lawsuits allege that the Christie pension grab violates many state and federal constitutions.
