LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST HIGH FEES CHARGED FOR MISSED EZ PASS

A class action lawsuit is being filed against the New Jersey Turnpike Authority for allegedly overcharging for missed EZ Pass tolls that were not paid on the roadway.  NJ.com reports that $217 in administrative fees are being charges, and nearly 4 million drivers have been overcharged by $185.6 million over six years.  The lawsuit is in a state appeals court, and a federal court.
