LAWMAKERS: USE TRANSPORTATION FUND TO FIX WILDWOOD’S BOARDWALK

Local lawmakers have proposed using revenue from the Transportation Trust Fund to make necessary repairs to the Wildwoods boardwalk.  They held a press conference Tuesday announcing that the boardwalk generates enough revenue for the state that the investment is well worth it.  There was $40 million in funding in place for the work, but the cash was removed by Governor Phil Murphy.
