One North Jersey lawmaker believes the days of you having to stand in line to buy a lottery ticket should end. Democratic Assemblywoman Annette Quijano of Union County has proposed a new law that would allow state residents to purchase lottery tickets either online, or from their cell phones. Quijano believes it would provide more revenue for the state; opponents say those with gambling problems will only be enabled.
