KEEP WORKING: FEDERAL JUDGE TELLS CORPS TO CONTINUE MARGATE PROJECT

A federal judge has ordered the United States Army Corps of Engineers to move forward with a very controversial beach project in Margate. Judge Renee Bumb ruled late Thursday that the project must continue, which ends a one week moratorium on work. Severe ponding has occurred adjacent to beachfront homes, killing off tourism business in the community.
