JUDGET TO RULE IF SHE CAN APPROVE SALE OF REVEL CASINO

A federal judge is going to determine if she has the authority to approve the sale of the Revel Casino.  United States Bankruptcy Judge Gloria Burns is trying to determine jurisdiction over the latest deal to sell the former Revel Casino in Atlantic City.  Burns says there are competing interests in this case which makes it more difficult to approve the final sale of the Revel.
