JUDGE SETTLES BALLOT ISSUE IN CAPE MAY, BALLOTS GO OUT TODAY

A Superior Court judge has settled a ballot controversy in Cape May, and the ballots will be mailed out today.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that Judge James Savio has ordered the ballots to be mailed out despite a challenge from three council candidates who were not happy with their ballot positions.  They contended that the positions should have been determined by a random drawing held previously.
