JOB TRAINING BILL FOR UNEMPLOYED TO BE DISCUSSED THIS WEEK

120px-Seal_of_New_Jersey_svgThe Assembly is going to consider a bill that will provide on the job training for the unemployed. It is a program that was begun in Georgia. The trainee would be able to work up to 24 hours and get up to $100 to assist with transportation or other related costs, like child care. These people would keep their full unemployment benefits as well. The program had 42 percent of people eventually hired by their training company.
