JAWS OF LIFE CALLED FOR EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP CRASH

A two-vehicle accident led to a woman becoming entrapped. The Jaws of Life were used to extricate Doris Rivera, of Mays Landing. Her vehicle was struck by William Beck III, of Bridgeton, who was driving a Ford van along English Creek Avenue. Rivera was sent to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for treatment of what is being described as a moderate injury. Traffic was detoured for approximately an hour while the crash was being investigated and cleared. The accident remains under investigation.
