INDICTMENT HANDED DOWN IN KILLING OF 6-MONTH-OLD

An Atlantic City man has been handed an indictment on charged of aggravated manslaughter of a six-month-old. 19-year-old Dequan Davis will face aggravated manslaughter, manslaughter, and endangering the welfare of a child. It is alleged that David shook the child, which result in the boy’s death. Davis remains in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $500,000 bail. He faces the potential of up to 20 years in jail on the charges.
