INCH OF RAIN EXPECTED OVERNIGHT, THEN COLDER TEMPERATURES MOVE IN AGAIN

Warm temperatures and more than an inch of rain are both in the forecast over the next 36 hours.  Accu Weather predicts some heavy rainfall during the overnight and morning hours into Thursday.  Then, temperatures fall again on Friday with windy conditions and daytime highs remaining in the 30s before a slight warmup into the weekend.
