HUGE POLLUTION FINE BEING PAID BY VINELAND

An agreement has been reached to multiple years worth of pollution fines. The Daily Journal reports that the Vineland Municipal Utilities is going to pay the Environmental Protection Agency $850,000. According to the report, the issue arose over emissions issues. The fine was initially going to be over $1 million till the settlement was agreed to.
