HUGE CROWDS FOR HOLIDAY WEEKEND, SOME STATE BEACHES TURNED AWAY VISITORS

How big were the crowds this Memorial Day weekend?  So big that some state beaches and parks actually turned away people, as they were packed to capacity.  Some areas that were closed to new visitors this weekend included Bass River State Forest and the Wharton State Forest.  This should result in agonizing traffic jams for the trip home Monday afternoon.
