HS HOOPS: WILDWOOD CATHOLIC DROPS TITLE GAME IN OVERTIME, 54-50

A heartbreaking loss for the Wildwood Catholic boys basketball team Wednesday night as they lost the South Jersey Non Public B championship game in overtime, 54-50 to Ranney.  The game was tight all the way through with Wildwood Catholic tying the game at the end of three quarters and holding a tight lead at times in the fourth quarter.  The game featured two of the best teams in the State of New Jersey, and ends the Crusaders’ terrific season.  Now, all Cape May County basketball teams have been eliminated from the playoffs.
