HS HOOPS: CRUSDERS TOPPLE CAPER TIGERS IN CAL PLAYOFF GAME, OC SWEEPS

It wasn’t much of a game Friday night as the Wildwood Catholic boys basketball team pasted Lower Cape May, 70-39 in a quarterfinal CAL playoff game.  Wildwood Catholic will now play Pleasantville in the semifinal game at 7pm at Absegami high school.  The Greyhounds advanced with a win over St. Joseph’s.

In other action, Ocean City’s boys and girls teams both advanced in the tournament.  The boys surprised Millville, 70-63 while the girls took care of Oakcrest, 49-36.  The boys next play St. Augustine Prep, while the girls take on Wildwood Catholic.
