HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP TEACHER KILLED WALKING ALONG STREET

A teacher was killed by a vehicle in Hopewell Township. The Daily Journal reports that Christina Hemighaus and another person were walking when a pickup truck struck and killed her. The woman was walking with traffic. The report says the driver, William Comer Jr. said he had just gotten over a hill and could not see her in the glare of the sun. Hemighaus was a teacher at Hopewell Crest School.
