HEAT WAVE ENDS, STORMS LIKELY TODAY

The major heat wave is over, and for the next 18 hours we’ll be dealing with the potential of heavy thunderstorms.  Partly sunny skies are expected Monday afternoon which should fuel some storms in some locations in Cape May County.  The National Weather Service says the storms could again produce gusty winds and heavy rains.  Some storms in the central part of the county on Sunday resulted in power outages and localized street flooding.
