GUN POSSESSION CONVICTION HANDED DOWN IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

It could be up to 10 years in jail for illegal gun possession in Millville. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office says that Elgenun Parish was found guilty of multiple gun charges and aggravated assault. The incident stems from 2011, where two people were injured from gunshot wounds. The sentencing would be for a state prison term. Sentencing will be schedule for Jan. 31.The defendant represented himself at trial.
