A former Atlantic City man has been sentenced to 30 years in jail. Dellimus Colvin admitted to the murder of Donna Lee White on Tuesday. At the time of the killing in 1987, Colvin was charged with hindering apprehension and tampering with evidence. A new review of the case began in 2009. Colvin is not eligible for parole.
