GOVERNOR SIGNS MEDICAL MARIJUANA BILL

Governor Christie placed his signature on a revised medical marijuana bill on Tuesday that was approved by the Assembly on Monday. The new version expands the number of strains allowed to be grown by legal dispensaries and requires sick children to get approval from at least two doctors. Christie had partially vetoed an earlier version of the bill, with less stringent requirements for children to obtain the drug.
