GOVERNOR: SCHOOLS WILL NOT OPEN ANYTIME SOON, WON’T BE EVEN CONSIDERED UNTIL MID-APRIL

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has scolded school districts who are preparing to go back to school.  Murphy says that won’t happen, and the decision rests only with him.  Murphy says this issue will not be revisited until April 17.
