Governor Christie says he’s ready to quickly sign the Internet gambling legislation if the State Legislature approves the changes he recommended. Both houses are scheduled to vote next week on an amended Internet bill for online gambling that would include a 10-year trial period and higher taxes on casino winnings. If approved and signed into law, New Jersey will be the third state in the nation to approve Internet gambling, along with Delaware and Nevada.
