GOVERNOR DECLARES EMERGENCY IN FIVE NEW JERSEY COUNTIES

Governor Phil Murphy has declared a State of Emergency in five counties in New Jersey who were hit hard by flooding rainfall this week.  Murphy says the declaration will help send immediate state resources to these areas.  Several inches of rain fell during a short period of time in some counties from Ocean County, north.
