GONE: CARVER QUITS AT CRDA DIRECTOR

The man who’s been in charge of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority has called it quits.  Thomas Carver submitted his letter of resignation on Tuesday after he learned that Governor Chris Christie had no intention of leaving him in charge of the authority.  Carver sent his letter to Christie Tuesday afternoon.  The agency gets casino profits and reinvests them into the greater Atlantic City area.  Carver has been the authority’s executive director for the past six years.
