GAY MARRIAGE BILL TO GET PUSH IN NEW JERSEY

A showdown could take place this year regarding gay marriage. Democrats in both houses of New Jersey government are planning to make the announcement this week that during the next legislative session, they will be pushing for legislation to approve gay marriage. Gov. Chris Christie would have to sign off the measure and has been against gay marriage, while supporting civil unions.
