If you have noticed a small increase in the price you pay for a gallon of gasoline, you are not alone.  Prices in the State of New Jersey are starting to go up slowly now that the busy summer driving season is over.  According to the latest survey from Mid Atlantic AAA, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gas in the state is now $2.50 a gallon; here in Cape May County, the average price is three cents higher.  Fortunately, New Jersey drivers still pay about a quarter less per gallon than the nationwide average.
