GAGNE MAKES RETURN TO FLYERS VIA TRADE

The Philadelphia Flyers have acquired left wing Simon Gagne from the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for a conditional fourth-round pick in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, previously acquired from Phoenix. Gagne, who turns 33 on Thursday, returns to the Flyers after two years away from the organization. In 10 seasons with the Flyers, Gagne scored 259 goals and 265 assists for 524 points and 278 penalty minutes in 664 career regular season games.
