She developed and organized the biggest parade in Cape May County each year. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday for Charlotte Daily, the “Parade Lady”, who passed away at the age of 82. Daily organized the West Cape May Christmas Parade starting in 1964 and turned it into a huge event. Services will be held at the First Assembly of God Church; her funeral procession will follow the parade route.
