FREEMAN CHARGED FOR POSTING THREATS ABOUT MASS SHOOTING

A 20 year old North Wildwood man has been charged with posting a threat about a mass shooting on Facebook.  Jake M. Freeman of North Wildwood was charged by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office with making a false public alarm; his bail was set at $25,000.  Prosecutor Robert Taylor says his office will use the fullest extent of the law to prosecute anyone making threats on social media.
