FORMER WILDWOOD COP TO BE RE-SENTENCED FOR KICKING SUSPECTS

A former Wildwood Police sergeant will be re-sentenced next month on charges that he kicked two handcuffed suspects while he was on duty.  A court ruled that David Romeo will be sentenced again for his crime on October 10th, and Romeo could face a minimum sentence of five years without any chance for parole.  Romeo was found guilty of the crime by a jury over three years ago.
