Former Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher Ryan Madson is headed west. ESPN reports that Madson will sign a one year contract with the Cincinnati Reds. Madson will reportedly be paid $8.5 million for one year of service with the Reds. Madson had 32 saves for the Phillies in 2011.
