FORMER JUDGE CENSURED BY SUPREME COURT

The Supreme Court censured a former Atlantic County Superior Court judge. The censure relates to ethics violations dating back to 2005. The ruling was handed down on Monday morning. The issue relates to a conflict of interest Perskie had due to a personal relationship he had with a possible witness in a case. Perskie did not turn over the case right away but did later on in the case.
