FORMER FLYER RICK MacLEISH DIES AT 66

The Philadelphia Flyers have confirmed that former Flyer Rick MacLeish has died at the age of 66. MacLeish played 12 seasons with the Flyers and scored the game-winning goal to clinch their first Stanley Cup in 1974. Last month MacLeish’s daughter announced her father was hospitalized for six weeks and was dealing with several medical problems.
