FLYING DRONE WHILE DRUNK SOON TO BE A PROHIBITED ACTION IN NJ

A New Jersey Assembly committee approved a bill Monday that sets certain parameters for flying unmanned aircraft, or drones.  The bill makes it illegal for anyone to fly a drone at or over the legal limit for drunk driving.  Other prohibited drone activities include the taking of wildlife, or operating a drone that interferes with a first responder.
