FLYERS IN STANLEY CUP, BEAT MONTREAL 4-2

The Flyers started out a seven seed, and this weekend they will be playing for the Stanley Cup. Philadelphia picked up a 4-2 victory over Montreal in Game 5 to take the best-of-seven series 4-1. The Flyers got strong performances from Jeff Carter, who scored two goals and Michael Leighton, who played steady in goal again. Philly is back in the finals for the first time since 1997 and will be taking on the Chicago Blackhawks. The first game will be on Saturday at 8 p.m.
